Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before booking any classes.
This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions that will govern the relationship
between Kirsten's Drama Club, (Kirsten Charters) and you the Parent/Guardian.
This is a legally binding agreement.
DRAMA CLUB
- Parents and carers must have filled in the application form before commencing lessons, which is attached to the book now button.
- Lessons are booked on a first come first serve basis.
- To secure your place you must book online.
- Lessons are non refundable for pupil absence.
- Priority Booking will be given to pupils who have booked onto the previous half term. After this booking will be open to those on the waiting list and then will be opened up again to all.
- Prices are subject to annual change, in line with industry and cost of living rises
- If the teacher is unable to teach a lesson and a cover teacher cannot be supplied, the lesson will be refunded in this instance.
- Any snacks provided must not contain nuts or possibly contain nuts.
- Please update us with any medical changes.
- Behaviour should be in line with OLOR values.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited, even if stored in a bag and turned off.
- Pupils will only be released to a responsible adult/carer with a password.
- Kirsten's mobile is for emergency use only, email should be used for correspondence.
- Please do not contact the OLOR office, all information is contained within this website.
- Please email in advance if your child will not be attending a session.
- Any feedback should be put in writing to kirstensdramaclub@gmail.com.

Important LAMDA Additional Information...​​​
- LAMDA exams incur an additional examination fee, fees are dependent on the exams taken and they begin at £35.00.

- An additional £10 administration fee will be added to the exam fee and will be invoiced and payable via BACS or mobile banking.
